The most important thing to know up front: your workflows have not changed. Every task you do, sending verifications, reviewing results, exporting reports, managing your team, works the same way, in the same place, with the same steps. Only the look has changed. There is nothing you need to do. The new design is already live in your dashboard.

What is new

A cleaner, more consistent interface

Every screen now feels consistent and predictable, so moving between Transactions, results, and Settings takes less thought. The look is calmer and easier on the eyes, and nothing about how you work has changed.

Verification results, easier to read

The ID Verifier and Income Verifier result pages get the same polish. The live capture, the document, and every check, liveness, face match, and document authenticity, are laid out so you can review the result and every check at a glance.

More room when you need it

The dashboard adapts better to smaller and split-screen windows, and you can collapse the side menu with a single click to give your content more space. Your search, filters, and action buttons stay pinned across the top of the Transactions list, always visible, never buried.

Dark mode, new

You can now switch the dashboard to a dark theme. Open the account menu at the bottom left, choose Theme, and pick Light, Dark, or System, which follows your device setting. The dark theme carries across every screen, including verification and income results.

Switch language anytime

Your language preference, English or French, lives in that same account menu at the bottom left, alongside Theme. Choose a language and the whole dashboard switches instantly.

What has not changed

This was a design refresh, not a workflow change. To be specific:

• Sending ID and Income Verification requests: same entry methods (QR, unique link, RouteOne, and more), same steps.
• Reviewing results and exporting reports: unchanged.
• Managing your team: still Settings › Members › Invite member.
• Organizations, settings, profile, and notifications: same places.
• Your saved links and bookmarks still work. Page addresses have not changed.

Quick reference

• Collapse or expand the side menu: the toggle at the top of the menu.
• Change language: account menu (bottom left) › Language.
• Switch to dark mode: account menu (bottom left) › Theme.
• Invite a teammate: Settings › Members › Invite member.
